Mr. Parmerter is also a talented welder and iron worker. Just supply a set of drawings or a photo of what you are looking for and he can create it out of steel.
The photos on this page show a few recent installations.
The first picture shows a wall hanging HVAC bracket fabricated from steel and bolted through the stucco wall and into the steel framing members of the building. The bracket is rated for 1000 + lbs and can hold two units plus two technicians simultaneously.
This is the type of situation we are ready to work with. The request was a set of plain iron rails that would conform to code. This is the after picture. Curved rails include a complicated process which requires a lot of on-site work during installation. This unit was fabricated of seven different units which were bent and installed on site. Just needs a coat of rust protection and paint to finish it. What you see is raw steel.
This is a 20 ft x 20 ft steel pan for washing industrial equipment. A sump well has been welded to the rear right section and sits below floor level to keep this unit self contained. This view shows a coat red oxide primer applied prior to finishing. The pan was finished in a black epoxy for durability.
What to do with that beautiful porthole just collecting dust in the basement or garage....turn it into an end table ! This is one of a set of two recently completed pieces.
Maybe you are looking for an interesting way to get upstairs.
What you are looking at is a single stringer steel staircase. The main stringer has been primed to show detail. On the first step you can see the raw oak cover for the steel run.
Spiral Stairs...Custom Job...No Problem ! Much more beatiful and sturdy than an inexpensive kit. All solid steel, no tubing.
The top of a spiral unit. It is welded in place to the continuing balcony rail.
